The Journey
Insights from founder, Beth Young, on her first experience with Tai Chi. "So there I was, 45-minutes into my first Tai Chi class and feeling quite surprised by the joy I was feeling. It was as if 100 pounds had been lifted from my shoulders...and I didn't even realize I'd been carrying the weight."
That was how 5 Pillars of Health was born. Founded in 2011 in Friendswood, Texas, 5 Pillars of Health strives to support and foster a sense of mindfulness, healthier living and peace for individuals and families. We relocated to Utah in 2018 and have continued to provide our caring expertise in our new community. Our passion is to help individuals (and ultimately families) take control of their health and improve the quality and quantity of their life. Then they will be able to have the physical stamina and mental clarity to accomplish all that they were meant to achieve in this life. We offer a variety of approaches to embrace and maintain your optimal health. This is accomplished through our 5 Pillars of Health which include; what we eat & drink, movement, relationships, quality sleep and stress management. Our team works with you to determine what simple changes you can make in each of these 5 Pillars of Health to begin your journey to a healthier lifestyle. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental well-being, 5 Pillars of Health provides a healing and friendly environment to assist you in achieving your healthy living goals.
