This is a 6 week beginning form that you build on new moves each week.  At the conclusion of the 6 weeks, you now have the skills to focus your mental and physical efforts while opening up a flow of clarity and energy.  This brings BOTH stress relief and physical strength.  Included in this course are weekly healthy living tips, weekly goal setting and accountability and access to a private Facebook group with recordings of class to practice as well as other short forms to learn.

If you are serious about getting healthy and relieving arthritis symptoms, this class is for you.  Each month we will focus on one of our 5 Pillars of Health & set goals to make one simple change. We also spend time working on the Tai Chi for Arthritis form created specially for those with arthritis and balance issues.  Included in this course are weekly healthy living tips, weekly goal setting and accountability and access to a private Facebook group with recordings of class to practice as well as other short forms to learn.

If you are wanting to change to a healthier eating lifestyle, then this 90 minute class will be the perfect jump start you need.  Join Beth in her kitchen where she will share with you her favorite clean recipes; gluten free  sugar free and dairy free options and healthy snacks that actually taste good. Come discover how good healthy can taste and look.

We also offer a 30 minute healthy living consultation to assess your current health practices and concerns.  We then work together to help discover the best next steps in making one simple change at a time to better health.
