Come experience the "wow factor" of practicing Tai Chi outside at a beautiful park venue. Add to that the combined energy and peace that comes with practicing Tai Chi with a group of people...you'll truly say, "Wow, that was amazing".
Come gather with us as a community to enjoy the peace and calm practicing a simple Tai Chi form. An added benefit of regularly practicing Tai Chi is a variety of medically proven benefits including: pain relief, reduction in anxiety, depression, cognitive impairments, stress related health issues, fibromyalgia symptoms, improved strength, balance and overall health and more. This gathering is free and open to all ages. Be sure to bring water. (Please note: during COVID19 we will ask attendees to stay at least 10 feet apart so that we can practice without wearing a mask.)
